How long is shipping?

Your item will be customized in 12-24 hours then sent to production. Blankets ship out from our partner in North Carolina.
Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 5-7 days for delivery.

What if I have a damaged item

  • Send us a photo via email ASAP
  • Let us know if you want a refund or replacement
  • We will send out your replacement tracking number

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Since we personalize most items, they are unable to be resold if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please check spelling on your order!

Can I get it by Christmas?

Yes, if you order by December 8th, it should arrive by Christmas with standard shipping. Reach out if you need it sooner. Shipping delays are not in our control however and shipping times are always an ESTIMATE. We are not liable for late gifts.
